ADDC welcomes the release of the World Report on Disability on June 9th 2011at the UN Headquarters in New York.
This much awaited report includes the first update of the WHO’s disability prevalence estimates in more than 30 years.
The first ever World report on disability, produced jointly by WHO and the World Bank, suggests that more than a billion people in the world today experience disability.
